Formshift was built to remove the friction from commercial furniture projects.

Founder Rich Smith and Co-Founder Evan Manley started Formshift after realizing the industry was missing something important: a simpler way for clients to form new spaces or shift their current ones without dealing with too many vendors, too much confusion, and pricing that felt out of step with value.

Depending on project needs, furniture may be supplied directly by Formshift or sourced through third-party manufacturers or dealerships and managed on the client’s behalf.
